We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Executive to join our team at Aadya Institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various job platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and others, reviewing applications, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The HR Executive will play a key role in attracting top talent and supporting the overall HR function of the institute.

Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training programs on Advanced Data Analytics using Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, VBA, and other relevant tools. Develop course materials and presentations to effectively communicate complex concepts to participants. Conduct hands-on exercises and practical sessions to facilitate learning and skill development. Provide individualized guidance and feedback to trainees through coaching or mentoring sessions. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in teaching/training or related field; advanced degree preferred. Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages: Python & SQL; knowledge of multiple tools like Tableau & Power BI an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Sc/B.Tech/B.E.).

Roles and Responsibilities Provide academic counseling to students on various courses like Sap, Tally, Power Bi, Data analytics, Digital marketing, Microsoft office and so on. Handle student inquiries, applications, and admissions processes for education programs. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads for student enrollment. Follow up with prospective students throughout the application process. Desired Candidate Profile 0-4 years of experience in academic counseling or a related field (education industry). Excellent communication skills in English; ability to handle customer handling effectively. Strong business development management skills; proficiency in target achievement.
