Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director to manage daily operations, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Oversee data management, maintain records, and build MIS systems for reporting. Ensure seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and follow-ups. Manage resource allocation and track ongoing projects. Creative Strategy Marketing Support: Assist in preparing marketing presentations and brainstorming creative ideas . Provide support in strategic planning and execution of campaigns. Product Innovation Stakeholder Coordination: Collect and analyze feedback to support product development and process improvements. Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the marketing team , ensuring clear communication. Project Management Execution: Utilize project management tools to monitor deadlines and deliverables. Work closely with internal teams to drive projects forward efficiently. Technical Administrative Support: Be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ChatGPT for data analysis, presentations, and content drafting. Prepare reports, manage emails, and assist in drafting key communications. Key Skills Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience with MIS reporting, project management tools, and stakeholder coordination . Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools like ChatGPT . Prior experience as an EA, Project Coordinator, or Operations Manager is preferred.
