Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and tourism, particularly in CIS countries such as Azerbaijan, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Russia. This role involves driving sales, developing business strategies, and building strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities: Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the outgoing tourism sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. Market Research: Conduct research on market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and improve service offerings. Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing our travel packages and services. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management. Networking: Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company and explore new business opportunities. Daily Travel: Travel on a daily basis to meet with travel agencies and clients as we are a B2B company. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within the tourism or travel industry. Knowledge: Familiarity with destination management and travel operations in CIS countries is highly desirable. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
