Armalite Energy Solutions is hiring a Documentation In-Charge to manage KSEB documentation , perform site feasibility visits , and handle regulatory paperwork for solar energy projects.The role requires good communication skills , field coordination, and extensive travel across Kerala . Candidates with solar experience will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Manage and submit KSEB and solar project-related documentation accurately and on time Conduct site feasibility visits for rooftop/ground-mounted solar installations Coordinate with KSEB, ANERT, and local authorities for approvals and inspections Maintain proper filing (digital and hard copy) of all project documents Communicate with customers and internal teams effectively for smooth document flow Travel regularly across Kerala for field tasks and documentation work Candidate Requirements: Education: Diploma or Any Graduate Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year of experience Experience in solar documentation will be an added advantage Skills: Good communication in Malayalam and English Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Other: Male candidates preferred Must be willing to travel extensively across Kerala Benefits: Competitive salary with TA + DA for field travel Exposure to government processes and solar industry workflow Field-level learning and growth opportunities How to Apply: Email your resume to: armaliteenergysolutions@gmail.com or WhatsApp 7902814345.
