Responsibilities:- To adhere the TAT (1 Hour) in preparing and delivering summaries for all patients from the time of intimation To ensure that all the prepared Discharge Summaries are errorfree (Clinical & Non-Clinical) and verified by the treating Consultant To achieve the NPS for IP Discharges at 75% for the FY To adhere to all the guidelines defined by the hospital/governing bodies without any deviation To ensure provision of Discharge Summaries to the Credit Cell as per TAT and resolution of any queries as and when applicable Requirements Any Bachelor's degree Minimum of 1 year of experience in Discharge Summary in the hospital industry Interested Candidates can directly walk in for interview Work Location: United Alliance Healthcare Private Limited, No.17, viswanathapuram main road, Kodambakkam, Chennai - 600024.
