ASHMA Motors Pvt Ltd , a leading electric vehicle manufacturer and part of the diversified ASHMA Group , is looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Executive who is ready to take charge of online campaigns and social media strategies. If you're confident, creative, and eager to grow in the EV industry, this is your opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube Manage social media pages: create and post content, respond to messages, and grow engagement Monitor SEO performance, website traffic, and suggest improvements Work with the design team to develop creative for campaigns and promotions Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools What We’re Looking For: 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing (internship or freelance experience also considered) Working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and Canva or similar platforms Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Self-driven, organized, and eager to learn and grow What You’ll Get: Opportunity to work with a forward-thinking EV brand Freedom to manage your own campaigns and creative ideas Supportive team environment focused on growth and learning Competitive salary based on experience and skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Experience: Digital Marketing : 1 year (Required) Location: Baidyabati, West Bengal (Required) Work Location: In person
