Job Description

We are looking for a Design Engineer who will be responsible for designing and developing pole and tower structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in design engineering, proficiency in CAD software, and excellent problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop pole and tower structures, including detailed drawings and specifications - Ensure compliance with industry standards, such as IS, BS, and ASTM - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and sales - Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure design feasibility - Develop and maintain design documentation, including drawings, calculations, and reports - Provide technical support to production and quality teams - Participate in design reviews and ensure design optimization - Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and best practices Requirements: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in design engineering, preferably in the pole and tower industry - Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer in the pole and tower industry - Collaborative and dynamic work environment - Professional growth and development opportunities - Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
