Role & responsibilities Developing and implementing a recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates. Writing job descriptions, posting job openings on relevant platforms, and utilizing advertising channels to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, industry networks, and referrals. Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers to assess candidate fit. Managing the interview process, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring teams. Administering assessments or coordinating with relevant departments to evaluate candidates' skills, knowledge, and cultural fit. Extending job offers, negotiating terms and conditions, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Enhancing the company's employer brand by showcasing its culture, values, and opportunities through recruitment efforts. Analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to optimize the hiring process, improve efficiency, and make data-driven decisions. Ensuring compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment and hiring process. Building and maintaining a talent pool of potential candidates for current and future job openings, fostering relationships with passive candidates. Collaborating with hiring managers, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs, priorities, and strategies. Identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process, implementing best practices, and staying updated on industry trends and innovations. Preferred candidate profile A Master's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. A solid understanding of the manufacturing industry, including its processes, technologies, workforce needs, and challenges, is highly beneficial. Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques are essential. Familiarity with recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS platforms is often required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are important for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders effectively. Collaboration skills are crucial for working as part of a team and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
