Now, we’re looking for our first creative team member — a Design Communication Associate who can translate our moods, messages, and design ideas into meaningful, multi-format content. You Might Be a Great Fit If You: Are a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience Have a degree in Mass Communication / Fine Arts / BA Design Are confident in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva , ChatGPT (basic Illustrator = bonus) Are Gen Z , camera-ready, design-obsessed, tech-friendly Have your own laptop and live within 10 km of our studio Can independently design, write, edit, and post content Are looking to commit for at least 1 year and grow with us What You’ll Be Doing: Designing content across Instagram, WhatsApp, PDFs, decks, presentations, quotations Editing reels, stories, and BTS videos that match our aesthetic Creating a visual language that shows up in everything we share Using tools like ChatGPT + Canva to speed up creative output Handling the entire content journey from idea to execution Collaborating directly with Charu (Founder & Creative Lead) This Role is Your Creative Launchpad From the colors in our quotes to the rhythm of our reels — your ideas, visuals, and instinct will shape how the world sees Vasterior.
