The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, providing a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, bookings, and inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide administrative support to staff as needed. Handle basic record-keeping and maintain appointment schedules. Assist in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
