Key Responsibilities Address and resolve customer queries professionally via phone and chat. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and ensure timely follow-ups. Adhere to company communication guidelines, procedures, and policies. Job Details Salary: ₹26,000 - ₹30,000/month (CTC) Shift: 5 Days Working; Rotational Shifts with Rotational Weekly Offs.
