Job Description

Must have excellent communication skills. Minimum Qualification Required : 10+2 or above It's International Voice Process, where you are to resolve the customer queries over the call Salary : CTC - 31 K and 26 K in hand Shift – Night shift (04:00 PM to 11: 00 AM, Any 9 hours Shift eg. 04:00 PM - 01:00 AM / 05:00 PM - 02:00 AM......) Cab facility: in odd hours only (11:00 PM to 05:00 AM; either pick/drop) Weekly Offs – 2 Rotational Interview Process – HR round, Assessment & Ops. Training will be done on day time only between 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM
