Role & responsibilities Understand the requirements and Source potential candidates by job postings, searching resume from databases, networking, etc as per the given requirements. Screen applicant resumes and select qualified candidates. Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess applicants' skills and fit. Manage and organize candidate information and status throughout the pipeline. Preferred candidate profile Must have good communication skills. Responsible for end to end recruitment.
