Job Description

The Executive will handle customer interactions, follow-ups & sales for current customers & inquiries from IndiaMART n other media, ensure timely payment collections, and actively contribute to achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and an organized mindset to effectively manage customer relationships and maintain business growth. Key Responsibilities: Contact customers proactively through calls and messages to generate and convert sales leads. Handle incoming queries from platforms like IndiaMART, promptly respond, and diligently follow up to ensure conversions. Maintain clear records of customer interactions and transaction details in CRM software or designated databases. Follow up regularly on outstanding payments, ensuring timely collection and maintaining updated financial records. Assist in developing and maintaining strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, payment statuses, and customer interactions for management review. Identify customer needs, offer suitable solutions, and upsell/cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. Preferred Attributes: Proactive approach towards customer engagement.
