Customer Outreach Associate

Job Description

Required Customer Outreach Executive for outbound and inbound customer interactions. This role contributes directly to lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer communication throughout the sales and service process. Make outbound calls to prospects from CRM/digital lead database • Explain solar rooftop or EV charging benefits, government subsidies, and project offerings • Set up appointments for field visits or online consultations • Maintain daily call logs, update lead statuses, and report to supervisors • Follow up with interested customers until closure or drop-off • Handle basic incoming inquiries regarding subsidy, installation, or documentation Graduate (any stream) • 0.5 to 1 years experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service preferred • Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English communication • Polite, patient, and target-driven • Familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
