Roles and Responsibilities Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through phone calls, email, or chat support. Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce). Meet performance targets for call handling time, resolution rates, and quality metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with exposure to international voice process preferred. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
