CTC: 19,000-20,000 Shift: Rotational shift Location: Gurgaon Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to customers. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
