We are seeking an empathetic and communicative client relationship executive to join our team. The Ideal Candidate Empathetic listener and communicator Decent typing speed ( >35 WPM) Good command of the English language Proactive, patient, friendly and thoughtful Job Summary Job title: Client Relationship Executive Job location: On Site - Jaipur Working hours: 10:00am-7.00pm - Monday-Saturday (exact times can be discussed) Roles/Responsibilities - Customer Satisfaction Respond to customer communication on the phone, whatsapp, email and social media Inform customers on the status of their orders Coordinate with product team to evaluate customer requirements Keep records of customer interactions Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
