Job Description

Hi All, We are hiring for Gurgaon Location 5 days working rotational shift Cab facility available Work from office BPO experience required, or Fresher can also apply Salary up to 5 LPA Good communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer needs. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation. Desired Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in a similar role within the BPO/Call Centre industry. Strong understanding of Customer support principles, including Call Quality Assurance processes. Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
