We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Tally Prime, have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, and possess a keen eye for detail. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our company. Key Responsibilities Manage all accounting transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records in Tally Prime. Handle day-to-day entries for payments, receipts, sales, and purchases. Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and perform GST reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B). Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, timely deposit, and filing of quarterly TDS returns. Process vendor invoices, manage accounts payable/receivable, and perform regular follow-ups. Conduct monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets. Prepare and present MIS reports to senior management. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial and tax audits. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
