Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Creative Artist who can bring magic and imagination to our digital presence. You will design stunning layouts for websites, create eye-catching social media posts, craft impactful video thumbnails, and assist in post-production editing for videos and campaigns. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and video teams to shape the look and feel of our brand across platforms. Key Responsibilities Design creative, responsive website layouts, landing pages, and banners in collaboration with the web team. Develop engaging and on-brand social media creatives (posts, reels, carousels, stories, ads). Create scroll-stopping video thumbnails for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Assist with post-production editing for video content, including graphics, text overlays, animations, and color corrections. Work on visual assets for marketing campaigns, emailers, presentations, and print materials. Contribute innovative ideas to brainstorming sessions and help shape the visual identity of the brand. Ensure consistency of style, tone, and quality across all creative outputs. Stay up to date with design trends, AI creative tools, and industry best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, Multimedia, or related field. 2–5 years of proven experience as a Creative Artist, Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing website layouts, social media creatives, video thumbnails, and post-production work. Expertise in design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma, or similar. Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics is a big plus. Ability to adapt designs for web, mobile, social media, and print. Creative mindset with an eye for detail, color, typography, and composition. Strong time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects under tight deadlines. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A proactive, enthusiastic, and open-to-feedback attitude.
