Thrissur, Kerala Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply) Job Description: CADCENTER IEE, Kerala's leading CAD & technical training institute, is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Course Adviser – Telecaller for its Thrissur Branch . The ideal candidate will play a key role in student counseling, lead generation, and admission conversion through telecalling and walk-in enquiries. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and clients. Provide accurate information about various courses, fee structures, and admission procedures. Counsel students and parents on career-focused technical and creative programs. Maintain and update CRM/database with student information and follow-up details. Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth admission processes. Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into admissions. Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns as needed. Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in Malayalam and English is a must (Hindi is a plus). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office tools. Ability to work under targets and meet deadlines. Customer-focused attitude and a passion for education. Preferred Qualifications: Any degree (graduate or pursuing final year) Previous experience in telecalling, counseling, or customer service preferred.
