Job Title: Counter Staff – Tours & Travel Sales Location: Mumbai Industry: Tours and Travel Experience Required: 1 to 2 years in Tours & Travel Industry Job Type: Full-time Company Overview:We are a reputed Tours and Travel company looking to hire dynamic and customer-focused Counter Staff to join our sales team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling holiday and tour packages to walk-in and inbound clients at the travel counter. Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in customers and understand their travel requirements. Promote and sell domestic and international holiday/tour packages. Prepare and share quotations, itineraries, and package details. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings. Coordinate with backend operations team for smooth delivery of services. Maintain records of daily inquiries and sales. Key Requirements:Education: Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years in Tours and Travel industry (mandatory) Skills: Excellent communication skills, customer handling, and sales ability Documents Required: Aadhar, PAN card, Bank proof, Degree certificate Age: 21 to 35 years Gender: Open to both Male and Female candidates Salary & Benefits:Net Take Home Salary (NTH): ₹24,000 to ₹30,000 Benefits: PF, ESIC, and other allowances Contact Details:Contact Person: Reena Sodha Mobile: 8306004663
