Job Description

Role & responsibilities Video Content Creation & Editing Plan, shoot, and edit educational videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn. Write engaging video scripts that simplify complex topics. Develop short-form (30-60 sec) and long-form (3-5 min) videos for different platforms. Optimize videos with captions, thumbnails, and engaging hooks. Ensure content aligns with CareerKarmas brand voice and storytelling style. Social Media Content Development Create visually appealing content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube. Develop trend-driven content to engage and grow CareerKarmas online community. Write compelling captions and descriptions to boost content reach. Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes. Performance Tracking & Optimization Monitor key metrics (views, engagement, retention) using YouTube Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc. Analyze trends to refine content strategy for better engagement. Experiment with different content formats to maximize audience interaction. Collaboration & Brainstorming Work closely with designers and marketing teams. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and formats. Contribute to creative storytelling strategies. Preferred candidate profile Relevant experience in video content creation, editing, and social media content. Proficiency in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Strong storytelling skills to simplify complex tech concepts. Knowledge of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies. Experience in creating engaging video scripts and optimizing video content. Preferred (Nice-to-Have): Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop). Experience in educational content creation (tech training, online courses, tutorials). Understanding of content analytics tools.
