Job Title: Compression Molding Operator - Rubber Experience: 0 to 5 Years Location: Perungudi, Tamil Nadu Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Compression Molding Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating compression molding machines to produce high-quality rubber components. The role involves following precise instructions, adhering to safety guidelines, and maintaining machinery in optimal working condition. Key Responsibilities: Operate Compression Molding Machines: Set up, adjust, and operate compression molding presses to manufacture rubber products. Work with raw rubber materials to ensure accurate mixing, molding, and curing processes. Quality Control: Inspect molded products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure that work areas remain clean and organized. Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime. Process Monitoring: Monitor the molding process and adjust parameters as necessary to ensure optimal product quality. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency. Follow all company policies and regulatory guidelines regarding safety and environmental standards. Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in rubber molding. Mandatory: Should worked with rubber molding. Salary and Benefits: Salary: ₹19,500 to ₹30,000 (based on experience and performance).
