Commercial & Procurement Executive

Job Description

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the organization's objectives. Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing. Coordinate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements. Review purchase requisitions and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices. Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Continuously evaluate market trends and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities. Manage relationships with key suppliers and foster strategic partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes and drive efficiency. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities. Prepare reports and presentations on procurement performance and initiatives for management review.
