Job Description

Skills Required Knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes and press stamping operations. Use measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometers, and Calipers for quality checks. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to read technical drawings and specifications. Good communication and teamwork skills. Job Profile Monitor machine operations, ensuring smooth running and timely completion of jobs. Conduct regular inspections of machined parts for quality compliance Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate production logs, program documentation, and inspection reports. Report any deviations or issues to supervisors promptly.
