Position Overview: The Cluster Business Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple branches within a designated cluster, ensuring efficient operations, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They are also tasked with implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability within the cluster. Key Responsibilities: Strategy and Planning Initiate the branch network expansion through network planning, identifying potential market. Develop new strategies to scan the market for potential new avenues & generate revenue from untapped markets; launch new products for generating new business post consultation with respective Business Heads. Formulate the sales, distribution, and disbursement strategy for the Region. Business Health Achieve Regional targets by reaching out and tapping the full potential of the targeted customer segment within the specified area. Guide & facilitate Area Managers to formulate and drive plans for their respective Cluster. Ensure Overall revenue targets are met for the assigned geographical region monthly. Ensure overall revenue targets are reached as per the approved matrix for the Region from all revenue sources (processing fees, cross sell, yield etc.) Ensure the profitability targets to be met for all the product in assigned Region. Ensure that branch profitability is maintained (Fee Income >= Branch Cost) which can be measured as per branch score card. Responsible for Marketing. Operational Excellence and Customer Service Ensure smooth loan processing process is maintained at all reporting branches and customer service delivered as per commitments made and organizations policy Ensure review of all cases in assigned Region to conduct sales personal discussion (PD) to understand the customer profile and ensure right sourcing. Portfolio Management Maintaining healthy portfolio of the assigned region (Existing and New). Work on strategy to ensure regularization of delinquent accounts and improve portfolio health Support and guide the sales and collections team of the cluster to improve portfolio health Team Development Ensure adequate manpower resources at each branch and support hiring of quality manpower. Minimize and control attrition at all reporting branches Responsible for developing and training sales staff to attain sales goals, deliver customer service, and grow the location's revenues. Exploring new areas and ways to achieve productivity Qualification & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or PG in Sales & Marketing (preferred) 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role. Experience managing large sales teams and driving revenue growth. Skills & Competencies: Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Data-driven approach to sales planning and performance management. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
