Job title - Customer Success Manager - CRO 360 End-to-end ownership and management of the post-sales relationship with customers (across industries) to strategically build long-term business partnerships. Strategic Point of Contact - Campaign Management: Work with customers to understand business needs and align goals. (Weekly video calls with clients, predominantly in The US) Plan the entire account strategy (campaign launch plan) & help customers in achieving their conversion goals. Propose in-house features and hypotheses for A/B testing based on qualitative insights and quantitative data shared by our Business Analysts. Present campaign results to determine the impact on conversion and ROI. Analyze and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate across teams like product & engineering, development, testing, etc to ensure campaigns are launched on time or drive escalations. Account Ownership & Retention: Identify, assess and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention. Monitor customer health to track usage and customer satisfaction. Delivery of periodic (monthly / quarterly) Business Reviews with customers especially at the C-level and their stakeholders. Ensure high retention of clients and upsell CC products. Key Requirements: Excellent verbal & written communication are an absolute must Excellent presentation skills Prior experience in international Customer Success, Professional Services, consulting, etc Thorough understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing and analytics is a plus. Multitasking and time management with proven ability to ensure projects stay on course. Interpersonal skills and the confidence to be an honest advocate, willing to push back when needed, for the best interest of the business and the customer. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the C-level.
