Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to serve as the primary liaison between our company and its clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Coordination with Project Coordinators : Work closely with project coordinators to ensure that client requirements are accurately translated into project plans and timelines. Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services, contributing to revenue growth. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on client status, satisfaction levels, and potential areas for improvement. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client issues effectively, ensuring a positive client experience. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with up-to-date information and advice. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 1 year/ Freshers with internship experience in client relationship management or a similar role. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
