Civil Engineer – Billing & Estimation Company: Velji Ratna Sorathia Infra Pvt. Ltd. Location: Smeet Building, 701, Near Inorbit Mall, Sarabhai Campus, Vadodara, Gujarat – 390023 Contact: +91 90095 66601 Job Overview: Velji Ratna Sorathia Infra Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in billing and estimation for infrastructure projects across Gujarat. The role includes preparing and verifying bills, ensuring documentation accuracy, and coordinating with clients, site teams, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities:Billing & Estimation: Prepare RA bills , BOQs , and detailed cost estimates Conduct quantity surveying and material take-offs from construction drawings Review work executed on-site and ensure accurate billing entries Coordinate with site engineers and project teams for timely billing updates Ensure adherence to project specifications and financial control procedures Utilize MS Excel , Auto CAD , and other billing/estimation tools efficiently Billing Executive Duties: Enter billing data accurately into the system Generate monthly bills for clients and subcontractors Obtain necessary approvals from clients Verify arithmetic and technical accuracy of all billing documents Conduct site visits to validate work completion Prepare certificates of payment Forward approved bills to the accounts department for processing Notify planning engineers of any work order amendments Maintain records and documentation in compliance with ISO 9001 standards Candidate Requirements: Education: Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering Experience: 3 to 5 years in billing, estimation, or related civil engineering roles Skills: Strong understanding of construction drawings and site execution Proficient in Auto CAD , MS Excel , and billing software Knowledge of civil contracts, costing, and project workflows Good analytical , communication , and documentation skills Work Location: Head office in Vadodara On-site coordination across various project locations in Gujarat Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview) How to Apply: Interested candidates may call us directly at +91 90095 66601 or walk in for an interview at: Smeet Building, 701, Near Inorbit Mall, Sarabhai Campus, Vadodara, Gujarat – 39002 Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Quality Control: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 5 years (Preferred) Industrial Construction: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
