Job Title: Chef (with Optional Hospitality/Telecalling Support) Location: [Your location – e.g., Vikhroli / Aarey / Vile Parle, Mumbai] Type: Full-time | Live-in Preferred Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 (Based on experience and added responsibilities) Reporting to: Founder / Central Operations Manager --- 📝 Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Chef to manage both personal cooking needs and Airbnb guest meals, with the added opportunity to contribute to hospitality operations such as guest coordination, basic telecalling, and future F&B expansion. Ideal for someone passionate about food and willing to grow with a creative hospitality brand. --- 🍽️ Key Responsibilities: 👨🍳 Core Chef Duties: Prepare daily personal meals for the founder with care and consistency. Cook and serve guest meals for Airbnb stays – mainly breakfast, homestyle, and select café-style items. Maintain kitchen hygiene, plan inventory, and procure ingredients as needed. Innovate new menus and assist in shaping the food vision for upcoming units. ☎️ Bonus Duties (If Skilled): Handle telecalling with guests (e.g., taking orders, follow-ups). Assist the hospitality team in managing check-ins, reviews, and simple admin tasks. Provide feedback on guest preferences and help build a seamless food+stay experience. Support future restaurant or café openings in the same locality. --- 👨🍳 Preferred Skills & Experience: 2–4 years in a home kitchen, Airbnb, or boutique hotel setup. Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, with bonus points for continental or baking. Polite, well-organized, and comfortable communicating with guests. Basic understanding of English and Hindi.
