Job Title: Chat Support Executive Location: Trimurti nagar, Nagpur Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 06-1 year Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries and issues through live chat, ensuring excellent service and support. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat. Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Meet performance targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Requirements: Excellent written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Previous experience in customer support (preferred but not mandatory). Basic computer and typing skills.
