Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Conduct internal audits across departments to ensure internal controls are effective and operational procedures are efficient. Evaluate risk management processes and suggest improvements. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Liaise with external auditors during statutory audits. Monitor financial transactions, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives. Maintain compliance with accounting standards, laws, and company policies. Provide financial insights to the management for decision-making. Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, audit processes, and internal control systems. Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and other accounting software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and report-writing skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Exposure to internal auditing standards and risk assessment methodologies.
