Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, online research, and references. Pitch ISP solutions including Internet Leased Line, FTTH, MPLS, and SD-WAN to prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate internet plans and service packages. Conduct meetings, product demos, and solution presentations to IT managers and decision-makers. Prepare and send proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Coordinate with technical and support teams for seamless service delivery. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure renewals and cross-sell opportunities. Meet monthly revenue and connection targets as set by the management. Provide regular reports on leads, sales pipeline, and client feedback to management. 🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, or IT services. Strong knowledge of internet technologies like leased lines, fiber, VPN, static IP, etc. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
