Sales Facilitation: Assisting the sales function by contacting potential buyers for the real estate firm. Customer Service: Helping clients with answers to every stage of the buying or leasing process. Market Intelligence: Provides market information and feedback to understand the market’s current state and prevailing customer preferences. Channel partners are responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients. This involves networking, executing marketing strategies, and utilizing personal connections to generate new leads. A thorough understanding of the real estate market is crucial. Channel partners need to stay informed about market trends, property values, and upcoming developments to provide accurate and timely information to clients. Effective property marketing is a central duty. This can include creating online listings, launching social media campaigns, organizing open houses, and developing promotional materials to attract potential buyers. Channel partners consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. This consultation is key to recommending properties that best meet the clients’ criteria.
