Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Courier Executive to manage courier bookings at the retail franchise counter. The ideal candidate will handle daily bookings, process payments, maintain records, and ensure prompt and courteous resolution of customer queries and complaints. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with courier bookings at the counter Accurately enter shipment details and generate booking receipts Handle cash and UPI payments; maintain daily payment records and balances Verify parcel packaging and documentation as per company guidelines Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues when required Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of the retail counter Coordinate with the logistics team for timely parcel pickups and dispatches Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions Support any other operational tasks assigned by the supervisor
