Job Description

Cart Mobility & Setup Pulls, pushes, or drives the cart to the assigned location. Ensures cart is placed according to zoning/placement guidelines. Sets up the cart (awning, lights, branding material, etc.). Product Handling & Display Organizes and displays products neatly and hygienically. Replenishes stock as needed during the day. Customer Interaction & Sales Greets customers and answers basic product-related questions. Conducts sales transactions (cash/QR payment). Encourages sampling (if applicable) and upsells. Cleanliness & Hygiene Maintains cleanliness of the cart and surrounding area. Handles food/edibles (if any) using gloves and follows hygiene protocol. Inventory Management Tracks inventory before dispatch and after return. Informs supervisor if stock is low or any product is damaged/spoiled. Security & Safety Keeps an eye on the cart to prevent theft/damage. Ensures the cart is parked safely without obstructing traffic or pedestrians. Daily Reporting Shares daily sales and feedback with supervisors. Reports any incidents, customer feedback, or mechanical issues. Cart Maintenance Cleans the cart daily post-shift. Reports mechanical or wheel issues to maintenance team. Wearing branded uniform. Participating in street marketing/brand awareness activities. Assisting with backend logistics if required (e.g., helping load stock from storage). Attitude & Soft Skills Expected Polite and presentable. Punctual and reliable. Alert, especially in crowded or high-traffic areas. Honest and responsible with cash and inventory.
