Job Title: Live-in Property & Admin Manager (Airbnb Villa + Cats) --- Location: Royal Palms, Aarey Colony, Mumbai --- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹50,000/month (Depends on experience in admin, accounts, staff handling, content, and driving) Free Stay + Meals --- About the Role: We are looking for a capable and trustworthy Live-in Manager to run a 4BHK Airbnb villa and care for 3 cats. This is a full-time residential role combining property care, admin work, guest coordination, and light driving. Ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and managing operations independently. --- Key Responsibilities: Live full-time on-site Feed and care for 3 cats (including litter and grooming) Guest check-in/check-out coordination Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff Track expenses and manage basic accounts Attend guest calls and do follow-ups (telecalling) Assist with photography or listing content (if skilled) Drive for occasional errands or guest pickups (if you have a valid license) --- Requirements: Comfortable with cats Fluent in English & Hindi Reliable, neat, and proactive Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and mobile apps Bonus: driving license + ability to drive safely Additional skills in admin, accounts, or content are a major plus --- Perks: 🏠 Private accommodation in a peaceful villa 🍽️ Meals or allowance provided 💼 Multi-role responsibility with growth potential 💰 Higher salary for additional skills (up to ₹50K) 🐾 Cat lovers welcome!
