Key Responsibilities: Calling & Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain insurance products. Follow up with leads and schedule appointments. Maintain a database of customer interactions and update records. Insurance Underwriting Support: Assist in reviewing insurance applications and supporting documents. Analyse risk factors and ensure policy compliance with company guidelines. Coordinate with senior underwriters and insurance providers. Requirements: 1. Freshers are welcome – no prior experience required. 2. Good communication and persuasion skills. 3. Basic understanding of insurance or willingness to learn. 4. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
