Job Description

Additional Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years of experience specifically in Salesforce CPQ. Expertise in Salesforce CPQ configuration and customization, including Sales Cloud, integration tools and dashboard creation. Proficiency in data migration, management, and integration best practices. Expert in handling tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365 etc. Certifications: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist certification. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification. Project management certifications such as PMP or Agile Scrum Master. Additional Qualifications: Experience in industries such as SaaS, technology, manufacturing, or telecommunications where CPQ solutions are commonly used. Agile project management methodologies and tools.
