Understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded. 3. Sales Strategy Development Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and approaches. Creating sales presentations, proposals, and pitches. 4. Pipeline Management Managing the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
