Job Description

Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee the branch's receivable portfolio, ensuring timely payments from customers. Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow. Collaborate with the collections team to identify and resolve issues related to outstanding accounts. Analyze financial data to provide insights on customer behavior and trends, informing business decisions. Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and support. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, with experience in managing receivables and collections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong customer relationships. Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
