Job Description

Job Responsibility: Stitch and finish garments including bridal lehengas, saree blouses, gowns, suits, kurtis, western dresses, jumpsuits, co-ord sets, etc., as per custom measurements and client preferences. Take accurate body measurements and provide design suggestions where needed. Handle fittings and alterations to ensure a perfect fit. Cut fabric precisely based on client design and pattern. Collaborate with in-house designers to create new and trending outfit styles. Maintain quality standards in stitching, finishing, and presentation of garments. Ensure timely delivery of orders, maintaining a record of ongoing projects. Skills Required: Expertise in both Indian and Western ladies & Gents wear. Ability to work with different fabrics like silk, satin, net, georgette, cotton, etc. Skilled in detailed embroidery, beadwork, hemming, lining, and layering. Creativity in custom designs and ability to visualize client ideas. Patience and professionalism during client interactions and trials. Time management and multi-tasking skills.
