Job Title: Boutique Operation Specialist (BOS) Location: Dhanbad, Jharkhand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month Industry: Retail Jewellery Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Boutique Operation Specialist (BOS) to oversee the daily operations of our premium jewellery retail store in Deoghar. The BOS will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless in-store experience, maintaining store standards, supporting sales staff, and managing operational processes to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Ensure the boutique is always customer-ready in terms of cleanliness, product display, and ambience. Coordinate with the sales team to support customer interactions, product presentations, and after-sales service. Maintain inventory records, manage stock levels, and support periodic stock audits. Assist in visual merchandising and implementation of marketing initiatives. Ensure compliance with operational policies, safety protocols, and quality standards. Handle cash and billing operations when required. Maintain daily reports on sales, inventory, and boutique operations. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and logistics partners when needed. Support boutique manager with administrative tasks and performance tracking. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or jewellery segment. Graduate in any discipline. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in basic MS Office and retail POS systems. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Fluent in Hindi and basic English. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Deoghar.
