Job Title: Telecaller – Customer Support (Female Preferred) Position Vacant : 1 Important: Immediate Joiners Location: Noida, Delhi NCR Experience: 2–3 years Industry: D2C / E-commerce / Apparel Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven Female telecaller to handle inbound and outbound customer calls , and manage customer queries across multiple platforms including email, WhatsApp, social media, and website chat . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior customer service experience, and the ability to independently manage customer escalations, complaints, and resolutions. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer orders, queries, returns, and feedback. Manage customer support across email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and website chat. Record, track, and follow up on customer complaints and resolutions in a structured format. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, marketing) for quick issue resolution. Maintain a professional and positive tone in all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure timely responses and quick turnarounds on customer queries. Independently manage day-to-day customer support operations. Candidate Requirements: Female candidates preferred. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer support or telecalling. Excellent command of Hindi and English (spoken and written). Knowledge of any regional language is a plus. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and customer ticketing platforms is an advantage.
