Job Summary The BIM Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs on Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and methodologies. This role involves educating learners on tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant applications, ensuring they can apply BIM principles effectively in real-world scenarios. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Development : Design and update comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and hands-on exercises, aligning with current industry standards and software advancements. Training Delivery : Conduct engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, ranging from beginners to advanced users, focusing on software proficiency and BIM workflows. Assessment and Feedback : Evaluate trainee performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. Technical Support : Offer guidance and assistance to trainees during and after training sessions, addressing specific learning needs and challenges. Industry Engagement : Stay abreast of the latest BIM trends, tools, and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and valuable. Collaboration : Work closely with academic and corporate clients to customize training programs that meet specific organizational needs. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, , or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 0-2 years of professional experience in BIM implementation; prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable. Skills : Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and related applications. Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials. Excellent organizational and mentoring skills.
