Key Responsibilities : Client Interaction : Engage with potential clients to understand their business requirements and project needs. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication. Bid Preparation : Analyze bid invitations and requests for proposals (RFPs) to determine project requirements. Prepare detailed and customized proposals, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Proposal Writing : Develop clear, concise, and persuasive proposal content that highlights the company's strengths and offerings. Customize proposals to address specific client pain points and objectives. Competitive Analysis : Conduct competitive analysis to understand industry trends and positioning. Position the company's offerings effectively against competitors. Cost Estimation : Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and subject matter experts, to estimate project costs. Ensure that cost estimates align with the client's budget and expectations. Negotiation : Engage in negotiation processes with clients to address queries, concerns, and pricing. Work towards mutually beneficial agreements. Collaboration with Internal Teams : Collaborate with technical, operational, and delivery teams to ensure accurate and realistic project proposals. Act as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders. Documentation : Maintain accurate and up - to - date records of all bidding activities, communications, and proposals. Ensure compliance with company processes and standards.
