Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative support functions of our organization. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, supports various departments, and enhances overall efficiency by managing documentation, data entry, reporting, and internal communications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all back-office operations including data management, record keeping, and administrative support. Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems. Coordinate with front-office and other departments to ensure smooth business operations. Maintain and update internal databases, files, and documents. Prepare regular reports for management on office performance and productivity. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Manage a team of administrative staff, assigning tasks and overseeing workflow. Support financial processes including invoice processing, payroll coordination, and expense tracking. Handle internal and external correspondence. Provide support during audits and inspections.
