Job Title: Back Office & Business Development Executive Location: Office – Sovabazar Job Location – Kolkata Industry: Real Estate Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Back Office & Business Development Executive with a strong English-medium background to join our growing real estate team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting business operations, managing documentation, and contributing to marketing and client engagement activities. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day back-office operations including document management, data entry, and administrative support. Draft professional letters, emails, proposals, and other communication materials in English. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless operations. Assist in business development activities such as client communication, lead follow-up, and maintaining client databases. Support real estate marketing initiatives including online listings, social media coordination, and promotional content drafting. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, property records, and client interaction logs. Handle inbound queries and ensure prompt and professional responses. Key Skills & Requirements: Strong command of English (spoken and written) from an English medium educational background. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer operations. Experience in real estate marketing or back-office operations preferred. Excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) Must be from an English Medium Background Experience: 3–5 years in back-office operations, business development, or real estate marketing.
